In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "y9998", "we", "us", "our" refers to the company operating the y9998 platform under an international gaming licence.
• "Platform" refers to the y9998 website accessible at https://y9998.bet and all associated products, services, and features.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a y9998 account.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account held by a Player on the y9998 Platform.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the y9998 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods, net of any withdrawals already processed.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the y9998 Platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, y9998 will close all associated accounts and may withhold any balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. y9998 will treat any action carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. y9998 does not permit account sharing. Your account is strictly personal and may not be transferred to, or used by, any other individual under any circumstances.

y9998 is obligated under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time if y9998's internal compliance systems flag an account for review.

Standard KYC documentation required by y9998 includes:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one account per person, regardless of the identity or payment details used.
• Using another person's identity, payment methods, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without y9998's prior written authorisation.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.

All intellectual property on the y9998 Platform — including but not limited to the y9998 brand name, logo, website design, software, game assets, text, graphics, and data — is the property of y9998 or is used by y9998 under licence from its respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any y9998 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any y9998 Platform content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of y9998 intellectual property is a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y9998's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y9998 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or emotional distress, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if y9998 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

y9998 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect Platform availability. y9998 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability except where such unavailability is caused by y9998's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

You may close your y9998 account at any time by contacting Player Support via live chat. Before an account can be closed, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active self-exclusion periods must be noted. Voluntary account closure does not affect the validity of any bets placed or transactions completed prior to the closure request.

y9998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• Account activity suggests fraudulent, criminal, or abusive behaviour.
• y9998 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• y9998 ceases to offer services to players in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by y9998 due to a breach of these Terms, y9998 reserves the right to withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or criminal activity, balances may be forfeited in full and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which y9998's international gaming licence is issued. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the y9998 Platform shall first be subject to y9998's internal dispute resolution procedure.

To raise a dispute, you must contact y9998 Player Support in writing, providing full details of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking. y9998 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction.
